Networking with Other Writers

In one of my Nudges last week, I encouraged writers to network with other writers and to become “joiners” by attending and joining local events and groups for writers.
Yesterday I had a great time presenting at a writers’ conference sponsored by the Kansas chapter of the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators (SCBWI).
Besides all the helpful information we received from the presenters, some of us went to lunch together and enjoyed a delicious meal and lively conversation!
